At Clipart Cycle, we want our users to have a smooth and transparent experience. If you have purchased a premium membership but have not downloaded any resources, you are eligible to request a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@clipartcycle.com, and once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. If your request is submitted during a holiday period, processing may be slightly delayed.
This restriction is in place to protect the rights and validity of asset usage and licensing.
If a refund is approved, the transaction fee charged by our third-party payment provider will be deducted from the refunded amount. This typically includes a fee of 3.7% of the order value + $0.30 USD, which is charged by the payment gateway directly and not retained by Clipart Cycle.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you used a credit or debit card, the refunded amount will be sent back to the issuing bank. Please contact your bank for questions about when the refund will reflect in your account or appear on your credit statement.
In the event Clipart Cycle discontinues premium services entirely due to internal reasons—such as permanent website closure or unrecoverable technical failure—users who have purchased a lifetime premium plan and have downloaded fewer than 30 items will be eligible to request a partial refund.
In such cases, the refund request must be submitted within 60 days of service termination.
Note:Refunds will not be issued to users who have violated our Terms of Service, regardless of usage history or download status.
Clipart Cycle reserves the right to update or change its refund policy at any time without prior notice, in accordance with applicable laws. Additionally, we may adjust or discontinue some services or features at our discretion.
However, we remain committed to protecting active users’ rights by retaining necessary transaction records and issuing valid refunds where applicable.
