Clipart Cycle is a community-driven platform that allows users to upload and share their original clipart and graphic designs. We respect the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, and content owners. All users are expected to upload only content that they own or have the rights to share. Uploading copyrighted materials without proper authorization is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibility

By uploading content to Clipart Cycle, users confirm that:

  • They are the rightful owner or have obtained appropriate rights or licenses to distribute the content.
  • The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.
  • They accept full responsibility for any consequences resulting from unlawful uploads.

Clipart Cycle reserves the right to remove any content that is suspected to infringe copyright and may suspend or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that any content available on Clipart Cycle infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal notification including all required details.

To be valid, your notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed, or a list of such works if multiple.
  • Identification of the infringing material and sufficient information to help us locate it (e.g., URL link).
  • Your full contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid copyright complaint, we will promptly investigate the matter and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We may also notify the uploader and provide them with an opportunity to respond.
